Description:

Cruise out of the harbor and seek out the many schools of fish in the bay. Cast your lines to see which of the many fish species takes your bait first. Ask the on-board chef to grill your haul on the boat's barbecue. Savor fresh flavors and enjoy the panoramic view.

Take to the open sea as you journey into Faxaflói Bay and ride the Atlantic swell as experienced local fisherman hunt out their favorite fishing grounds, ensuring a successful haul. Your boat for the day—“Haffari,” meaning Ocean Rider—is a customary Icelandic fishing trawler. It comes with all of the supplies for the excursion. All abilities are welcome, as the expert guides help you choose from 18 rods and provide top tips on bait.
