Description:

Paddle to the edge of Lake Rotoiti and take a break as the New Zealand flora and fauna show off their beauty all around you. Gently drift along the calm waters, and as you reach the far end of the lake, find a seemingly magical glowworm cavern.

Meet up with your attentive guide, who briefs you on your experience and helps you feel comfortable in your sea kayak. Enjoy a light refreshment on the side of the charming lake before being launched onto the water. Take in the scenery around you, watching as fantastic bird life such as swans glide around you, looking for food. Relax as your tour passes fascinating bushland including the native pohutukawa, the New Zealand Christmas tree.
