Description:

See San Francisco's famous neighborhoods, landmarks, and parks, and then cross the Golden Gate Bridge to the village of Sausalito and the giant redwoods of Muir Woods National Park.

As you wind through the streets & hills of the Western Addition neighborhood, marvel at the impeccably preserved Victorian houses. Drive through Union Square and the wealthy enclave of Nob Hill. On your way to Chinatown—the oldest Chinatown in North America—snap a photo of the iconic cable cars climbing the city streets. When you hear the barking of the sea lions, you know you're nearing Fisherman's Wharf.

See the Palace of Fine Arts before heading through majestic Golden Gate Park. After driving along the Pacific Ocean and crossing the famous Golden Gate Bridge, stop at Vista Point for spectacular views of the bay, the city, and the infamous Alcatraz Island which once housed notorious criminals.

Once in Sausalito, take some time on your own to walk the quaint streets and explore this artistic enclave filled with art galleries, cliff-hanging cottages, and houseboats lining the waterfront.

After a short drive north, stop to hike the trails lined with the majestic coastal redwood trees in Muir Woods. Appreciate the towering trees, some of the oldest in the nation, and enjoy the cathedral-like atmosphere. Reflect on the natural beauty of the bay area as you drive back to Pier 41.
