From there, admire the regal Palacio de la Moneda—this neoclassical edifice is the seat of the President of the Republic of Chile.

At Cerro San Cristobal, gaze up at the towering, 72-foot (22-m) tall statue of the Virgin Mary keeping vigil over the city, and then make your way into the downtown district of Providencia.
