Description:
Enjoy a truly luxurious sail experience in the Great Barrier Reef. Your vessel for the day is Aquarius, a magnificent catamaran that holds a maximum of 23 people. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming in the tranquil turquoise waters surrounding the idyllic Low Isles.
After pickup at your hotel, set sail from a Port Douglas marina and make your way out to the protected Low Isles. Sit back in the comfort of the luxury boat and sip on a delicious morning tea after your first dip in the warm, crystal-clear waters of the Coral Sea.
Snorkel and swim with all kinds of marine life, including parrotfish, green sea turtles, and even sharks, or sit back and view them from a customized glass-bottom boat. Keep your eyes peeled for large stingrays, clown fish, eels, and other tropical fish.
Upon arrival at the picture-perfect Low Island, first exploreed by Captain Cook in 1770, take a guided interpretive island walk to learn its history and appreciate its unique environment. Delight in a gourmet seafood lunch back onboard and take advantage of the glorious sundecks as you take a break on the cruise back to the marina, where your shuttle transfers you to your hotel.
