You will meet your captain at the centrally located pier. Once onboard you will receive a safety briefing and then set off on your adventure by sailing the Stockholm’s archipelago. After around an hour we will dock in an old summer villa from 1904 which has been called by many over the years” The pearl of the Archipelago”, situated incredibly beautiful with a magnificent view over Vaxholm's bay and the Citadell. The class likely begins with an introduction to the local ingredients and traditional Swedish cooking techniques. The Stockholm Archipelago is known for its abundance of fresh seafood, wild herbs, berries, and locally sourced produce. The chef will guide you through the preparation of 3 course dinner with Nordic twist.
