Day 1: Gold Coast; Arrival in Gold Coast
Arrive at Brisbane Airport and transfer to the Gold Coast for a three-night stay. The remainder of your day is free to relax or explore the city at your leisure.
Day 2: Gold Coast; Day at Gold Coast
Today is free to relax on the beach or take in the many sights of the Gold Coast. Visit the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, meet marine life at Sea World, or explore the rainforests. You may also learn about the Gold Coast’s Aboriginal heritage, try surfing, or kayak along the waterways. There’s also an abundance of fine-dining and vibrant nightlife to enjoy.
Day 3: Gold Coast; Lamington National Park, O’Reillys and Vineyard Tour
Discover the Gold Coast hinterland's best with this guided tour. Begin with a scenic drive through Canungra Valley, a quick stop for drinks, and light refreshments. Ascend to Lamington National Park, known for its vast subtropical rainforest. At O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat, learn about its history and enjoy a treetop walk on suspension bridges. Capture photos of King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas feeding. Visit Kamarun Lookout for stunning views, and explore O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyard, where you can meet alpacas and savor sparkling wine.
Day 4: Brisbane; Gold Coast to Brisbane
After breakfast, transfer to your hotel in Brisbane for a three-night stay. Brisbane is a city full of sunny potential—think al fresco dining, riverside picnics, offshore islands, and nearby national parks.
Day 5: Brisbane; River Cruise to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
Join a scenic river cruise to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary, one of the oldest koala sanctuaries in Australia. Cruise past historic sites and landmarks, enjoy an entertaining commentary, and spend around three hours at the sanctuary before returning to the city on the river.
Day 6: Brisbane; Donuts and Discovery Walking Tour in Brisbane

Day 7: Hamilton Island; Brisbane to Hamilton Island
Transfer to Brisbane Airport for your flight to Hamilton Island. On arrival, take the on-island shuttle to your accommodation for a three-night stay. Hamilton Island is the largest island in the Whitsundays, providing easy access to the Great Barrier Reef and stunning Whitehaven Beach.
Day 8: Hamilton Island; Islands and Whitehaven Beach Cruise
Begin your journey at Hamilton Island Marina and board your vessel for a captivating cruise through the Whitsunday Islands, headed for the renowned Whitehaven Beach. Day 10: Cairns Northern Beaches; Hamilton Island to Cairns (Palm Cove)
Take the island shuttle from your hotel to the airport for your flight to Cairns. On arrival, transfer north to Palm Cove for a four-night stay. Palm Cove offers pristine beaches, tranquil surroundings, boutique shops, spas, restaurants, and easy access to World Heritage-listed wonders.
Day 11: Cairns Northern Beaches; Day at Palm Cove

Day 12: Cairns Northern Beaches; Full-Day Outer Reef to Mackay Cay
