Day 1: Barcelona; Arrival in Barcelona

Arrive in Barcelona. You will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After you have checked in at the hotel, relax and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2: Barcelona; Hop-on Hop-off Tour of Barcelona

Discover vibrant Barcelona on this Hop-on Hop-off bus tour which will give you an excellent introduction to the city. Enjoy the panoramic views as you traverse the city highlights and learn local history with the multilingual audio guide. Set your own pace, hopping on and off at selected stops near all major sights.

Day 3: Barcelona; Guided Sagrada Familia Visit & Casa Batlló Blue

Experience Gaudí’s unfinished masterpiece on a guided tour of the Sagrada Familia, Barcelona’s most iconic landmark. Day 4: Madrid; Transfer from Barcelona to Madrid

Check out and transfer by private car to the Barcelona railway station to take the high speed train to Madrid. After three hours, you will reach Madrid where you will be met at the train station and transferred to your hotel. Check in and enjoy the remainder of your day at leisure.

Day 5: Madrid; Royal Palace Tour, Tapas Tasting & Flamenco Show

Immerse yourself in Spanish tradition with a guided tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid, where your expert guide reveals the history of the Spanish monarchy as you admire its most impressive rooms. Continue to the historic Tablao Torres Bermejas with its Moorish-inspired décor reminiscent of the Alhambra in Granada. Enjoy a live flamenco performance while savoring a tapas tasting menu.

Day 6: Porto; Transfer from Madrid to Porto

Check out and transfer to the airport for your flight (booked independently) to Porto. On arrival in Porto, you will be transferred to your hotel where you can enjoy the remainder of your day as you wish.

Day 7: Porto; Day at Porto

Today we invite you to independently explore Porto. Wander the labyrinthine, colorful alleys of the UNESCO Ribeira district by the Douro River. Cross the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge for panoramic city views before heading to Vila Nova de Gaia for a self-guided Port wine tasting at a historic cellar. Finish the day with a francesinha for a true local experience.

Day 8: Porto; Day at Porto

Today you are free to explore on your own again. We suggest heading to the coastal Foz do Douro area via the vintage tram to enjoy the ocean breezes and the Felgueiras Lighthouse. Later, delve into Porto’s modern side: climb Clérigos Tower for grand views, then hunt for unique street art and independent shops in the Baixa district.

Day 9: Lisbon; Transfer from Porto to Lisbon

Check out and transfer to the Porto railway station to take the train to Lisbon. After approximately three hours, you will reach Lisbon where the remainder of your day is to do with as you wish.

Day 10: Lisbon; Hop-on Hop-off Tour of Lisbon

Explore Lisbon's iconic sights with unlimited hop-on, hop-off flexibility. Discover historic Belém and the Jerónimos Monastery, climb to São Jorge Castle, or visit the modern Parque das Nações. Audio guides share the city's history, letting you see Lisbon at your own pace.

Day 11: Lisbon; Day at Lisbon

Spend the day at leisure exploring the city and nearby places on your own. We recommend wandering through Alfama’s historic alleys, discovering Baixa’s neoclassical squares and Chiado’s bohemian shops. Be sure to pause for a delectable Pastéis de Nata (or two!)

Day 12: Lisbon; Departure from Lisbon

Check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your onward journey. We hope you enjoyed your time in Lisbon.
