Ironwood American Kitchen by Richard Sandoval serves wood-fired specialties for breakfast and lunch in a warm and casual atmosphere overlooking the resort's Princess Pool. The menu features a variety of hearty, wood-fired specialties such as flatbread pizzas, sandwiches and oven roasted nachos, as well as mixing bowl salads and kitchen favorites including Chef's famous Bechamel-drizzled potato chips. Other features include an exhibition kitchen for guests to interact one-on-one with the chef and his team, bi-folding glass walls that allow you to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and patio seating for an evening under the stars. Children's menu and special dietary menus also available. The beverage experience will include a variety of hand-muddled cocktails, a collection of Latin wines and a variety sugarcane spirits. The authentically local and craft beer selections will be expertly chosen by our resident beer cicerone. Toro restaurant dining offering of flat-breads, salads, steaks from the grill and sandwiches with flavors of Pan-Latin cuisine. Across Latin America, food is more than a meal. It’s an event. It’s a celebration that’s shared, savored and enjoyed with the finest spirits. Enjoy Toro restaurant and patio dining will overlooking the Stadium course’s 18th hole.
