The villa offers two private entrances and can be adjoined to a second master bedroom and bathroom that expands the space to 2,300 square feet. The Presidential Villa features a luxurious master bedroom with a stately king-size bed and gas-burning fireplace. The master bathroom features an exquisite claw-foot bathtub and a glass-enclosed indoor and outdoor shower. The villa also includes a large living room with dramatic fireplace, private dining room, butler's kitchen, guest bathroom and three private patios with an outdoor fireplace and water feature.
