Our signature restaurant, Six Seven, offers New American Cuisine and breathtaking views with floor to ceiling windows showcasing Elliott Bay, Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains beyond. Dine indoors or out, and treat your taste buds to delightful preparations of Chef Jordan Mackey. Located inside The Edgewater, Seattle’s only waterfront hotel, Six Seven features seasonally inspired cuisine crafted with only the freshest and finest organic and naturally raised ingredients. Only the best is procured for you to enjoy in evolving and exciting menus featuring such signature dishes as Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Cake with Lobster Lemongrass sauce and Tomato Jam; "Willy Greens" Arugula & Asian Pear Salad with Dijon-champagne vinaigrette, candied walnuts and Rogue Creamery "Oregonzola"; Harris Ranch Filet Mignon with Roquefort crust, Forager mushroom ragoût, Yakima Valley asparagus, potato crisp and natural jus; Grass Fed Rack of Spring Lamb with pistachio montrachet crust, Yukon potato gnocchi, pea fondue, Walla Walla spring onion and fresh mint; Diver Scallops "Poêlé" with faro risotto, spring fricassée, smoked bacon and salty sweet sauce; and favorite Lobster Pot Pie with Maine lobster, tender young organic baby vegetables, tarragon, fennel, flaky pastry & brandy cream. Don't forget the sides, including Lobster "Mac & Cheese", Foraged mushroom Ragoût, Fava bean risotto and much more. To compliment the special preparations of Chef Mackey, we have created a wonderful wine list. Our ever-evolving wine selections highlight the finest artisan, boutique and hard to find local Washington, Oregon and Northern California wineries. A purposeful selection of allocated wines are sought and paired with ongoing special dinners and promotions to highlight your dining experience and cuisine. Six Seven Lounge: Seductive and sexy, the comfortable Six-Seven lounge is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy gorgeous vistas while sipping on fun and classic cocktails. We offer a great small plate bar menu of creative and inspired culinary selections. Our pineapple infused vodka martini, home-made gin and tonic, and Gingerita are just a few samples of our specialty cocktails. We also welcome lively Friday night bands in the lounge each week. Our Six Seven team has developed a wine list that compliments our cuisine and features the finest artisan, boutique and hard to find local Washington, Oregon and Northern California wineries. Couple these with some of our delightful dessert wines, port selections, scotch and cognac from around the world.
