3000 square feet The Presidential Suite has a living area that features elegant furnishings, fireplace and a flat-screen plasma television and enjoys sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. French doors connect the room to a 189 sq. ft. balcony furnished with chaise lounge chairs. The adjacent powder room includes a large marble-tiled foyer. Also included is a formal study with a large-scale writing desk and volumes of antique books along with high-speed internet access. The dining room is richly appointed with fine woven fabric wall panels and is also capable of seating twelve for dinner. The bedroom inside the Presidential Suite features a custom four-poster king bed, sitting area, entertainment center with television, sound system and is separated from the living area by a set of French doors that open to a 40 sq. ft. balcony which overlooks the ocean and grand lawn below. Adjacent dressing area features two walk-in closets with a dressing table. The bathroom features two separate marble topped vanities, a large garden tub with jets, large separate shower with multiple showerheads, and a separate water closet. This suite can connect to a guestroom containing two queen beds.

The dining area includes a traditional table that accommodates eight people and an antique sideboard, over which hangs an original Douglas Williams painting. Private dinners can be served from the adjacent butler’s pantry that contains a full size refrigerator. Both living and dining areas are connected to a 177 square-foot balcony where one can view the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, Turtle Point Golf Course and Kiawah’s private pristine beach. Elegant French doors separate the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom features a custom-made bed, large walk-in closet with safe, a television armoire with DVD player, and a bedside clock with CD player. The bedroom also has a separate 40 sq. ft. balcony to enjoy the stunning sunrise views. The main bathroom is separated from the bedroom by French doors and features separate marble-topped vanities, an enclosed water closet, a separate shower with a rain shower showerhead, and deep Jacuzzi tub. The suite can connect to a guestroom containing two queen beds and bathroom, allowing six to sleep comfortably.

The bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, a flat-screen plasma television, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom and garden Jacuzzi. Shutters above the garden bathtub can be opened to the bedroom for a view of the television from the tub and allowing natural light to stream in. Bathroom also features dual vanities, enclosed water closet and shower and rainshower showerhead. Suite connects to a guestroom with a king sized bed.
