I am Caitlan Driver, Disney and Universal Travel Agent with Vincent Vacations. Before earning the Travel Agent title, I was blessed with the oldest sibling title over 30 years ago which, by default, has earned me the label of "family manager." There's not a family vacation I haven't organized since I was old enough to put a full sentence together.
