Where do we begin? Chastity was fantastic to work with from the beginning of planning our trip to during our trip and even coming back home. She never had experience with our hotel and went above and beyond by researching everything for us to make our stay even better. She was so prompt in returning emails and calls and so organized at sending our entire itinerary to us. We stayed at Grand Princess Rivera and it was truly beautiful. The food was great, the rooms were very nice and the drinks were top notch. The environment was so peaceful and relaxing. It is a great resort for just adults wanting a trip but it is also very kid friendly as well. There is quite the variety offered at this hotel. The animal life is truly amazing on the property and one experience you won’t forget. We highly recommend this resort and highly recommend working with Chastity for any of your vacation needs!
