'Kat was the best travel agent we have ever had! She gave us so much concise and useful information, answered any and all questions very quickly, and was a complete joy to work with. She truly cared about our Disney trip and made sure we had everything we needed to make it the best family trip we have ever had.' -The Godsey Family

Our family of 6 review of Planet Hollywood Cancun and Kat Church!

We absolutely loved working with Kat! I sent her a request with a request for a family trip with teenagers and grade school kids. When she sent us a few options we decided planet Hollywood was the best mix of activities that suit us all, without being a massive resort. She was amazing with communication and made sure we had everything we needed including making sure our flights weren’t affected by the government shutdown. Our transportation to and from the airport was smooth and easy to navigate.

The Planet Hollywood resort was everything we wanted and more. I was worried after  reading sketchy reviews but found that those were so far from the truth. The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and the food was nothing short of fantastic everywhere we went. (Especially for all inclusive) the staff were all exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and eager to help us with anything we needed. I could not have asked for a better vacation for our family. -The Elliot Family

“Everything was absolutely fantastic! We had the best time celebrating our honeymoon at Breathless Cancun Soul. The food was amazing, and we loved all the activities the resort offered. We went jet skiing and parasailing, which were such a fun experience, and the spa was incredible and so relaxing.

Thank you so much again for helping make our honeymoon so special and unforgettable!” -Kristiuna and Garrick
