We had Shawn help us book a cruise for a family celebration- she was AWESOME!! Shawn was amazing and helped book everything- making sure our cabins were close to each other and helping us with port excursions. It was so easy and she stayed on top of it! Whenever we had a question, she was always there for us even if we asked the same when over and over. Super friendly and always checking if we needed anything else! Easiest decision we made was using her as our agent.
