My name is Tami Durant-West and I live in central Minnesota with my husband, two sons, one dog and two cats. I have been in the travel/hospitality industry for about 12 years, for both individuals and groups. We love to travel as a family and being from a cold climate we love to go to warm destinations as often as possible. My husband is from London, England so I'm partial to villages in the English countryside as well. Before meeting my husband, I had traveled throughout the United States and Mexico, as well as an extended time in Spain.

Wanted to surprise my wife with an anniversary trip to NYC for our 10th (she found out early, because of course she did…) Tami Durant did an incredible job! Flights were booking quickly, but she was still able to get us onto flights at our preferred time to our preferred airport. There was an issue with our flights just a few days before leaving, but Tami took care of everything for us so we never had to deal with an airline rep ourselves. She also found us a boutique hotel I never would have found, but now couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. The hotel upgraded us to the penthouse floor when we mentioned our anniversary, then we received a small gift from Tami as well!
