Y’all! If you need a travel agent who can deal with multiple peoples reservations, requests, or you have all the questions, Alena is your answer! She not only booked us a beautiful resort, she took all the stress out of it as well. We will use her anytime we go anywhere from now on. Also, we refer her to basically everyone we know! She’s the best of the best!! 

Anyone not using a travel agent is crazy. They get to handle all the hassles, etc, and I just get to enjoy my vacation. We had multiple flight changes courtesy of the airline. Alena with Vincent Vacations- Travel packages, tips & more ! reviewed them and saw that I wouldn't have time to clear customs. She called the airline and after several hours on hold was able to change my flights. The resort she recommend was FANTASTIC. Had a tremendous vacation. Yes, I know I'm her mom but what more reason to make her 'client' happy than making mom happy?

Got Dreams? Alena makes them come true!! My dream since grade school to see the Northern lights became a reality due to her fabulous planning and trip package! Every thing was beyond perfect! We saw the lights, we went ice fishing! We visited Chena Hot Springs, soaking in the springs at night while our hair froze! An amazing experience! Moose greeted us on the highway! And we visited Iditarod award winning dog mushers/trainers for an experience that exceeded all expectations, taking rides in their racing sleds! Every need and care Alena addresses! I simply can’t recommend her expertise, her genuine care, highly enough!
