Curated in collaboration with Southern Guild, every single fixture across the lodge is an extraordinary bespoke artwork. Over 80 of Southern Africa’s most distinguished artists and artisans crafted monumental bronze lily sculptures, hand-carved eucalyptus timber loungers, cast-glass chandeliers, and woven tapestries. The architecture itself echoes the silhouette of the African fish eagle in flight, gently elevated on stilts to leave a zero footprint on the fragile delta wetland.
