What does it take to be a Disney travel agent?

In getting started, you will use their travel agent portal. This is where, as a Disney travel agent, you can explore Disney Destinations information, access valuable marketing tools, and complete specialized training.
When first logging into the portal, you will be prompted with any important information. For example:

From there, any important celebrations, such as Disney's 50th Anniversary Celebration, this will be shown. You have the option to learn more or view recent news.
The next section shows featured offers, such as specials only available to Disney+ subscribers, then your training status, quick links, Disney travel news, Disney Destinations, Reservations & Offers, Resources, Training and Benefits, Disney Cruise Line, and so much more!
Disney's College of Knowledge is where, as a Disney agent, your learning journey begins!
The Basic portion of the College of Knowledge includes 6 courses. The courses provide an introduction to five Disney Destinations: Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney®, and AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa. After you complete the courses, you can continue your journey in the Updates category.

Discovering the Enchantment of AULANI Resort
Interactive Course|48 Minutes|6 Lessons
This course is designed to introduce you to the magic that awaits your Clients at AULANI, A Disney Resort & Spa. Along the way, you will discover what makes AULANI Resort unique among Hawaiian vacation destinations, including an abundance of features that provide a rich, high-value experience at no additional cost. Completing this course can help equip you to successfully offer and sell the magic of AULANI Resort to your Clients.

Discovering Disney Cruise Line

This self-paced course is designed to introduce travel professionals to the magic of Disney Cruise Line. The lessons in this course will help familiarize you with the ships in our fleet and all they have to offer, including stateroom categories, activities and entertainment, dining options, and itineraries and ports of call – everything you need to plan the perfect Disney cruise for your Clients!
Uncover the Magic of Disneyland Resort

Exploring the Walt Disney World Resort

This self-paced course will introduce you to the magic of the Walt Disney World® Resort, including Parks, Resorts, dining, entertainment, and shopping. Completing this course can provide you with the basic knowledge and skills to effectively sell this destination with enthusiasm and confidence. You will also earn two continuing education credits.
Become Immersed in Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser
