💍 Important Wedding Guest Booking Information

Please book your cruise through Liz to be part of the wedding group.

To participate in the wedding-related events and group arrangements, guests must have their reservation booked through the wedding group. This allows us to connect your reservation to the group and ensure you're included in the wedding ceremony, group dining, and other private wedding events and activities.

Please do not book your cabin directly with Royal Caribbean or through another travel website. If you find a different cabin than the group block below that you'd like to book, please contact Liz first so she can help you secure the appropriate cabin and make sure your reservation is connected to the wedding group.

Once you're ready to book, Liz will help you select your cabin, secure the group rate, and take care of the booking details for you.

Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas

Get ready for an incredible vacation at sea as we celebrate Jessica & Dustin's marriage aboard one of Royal Caribbean's iconic Oasis Class ships.

From world-class entertainment and dining to pools, activities and plenty of places to relax, there will be something for everyone to enjoy throughout the journey.

And most importantly, you'll be surrounded by the people who mean the most to Jessica & Dustin as they begin this next chapter together.

Important Travel Information

Plan to Arrive Early

We strongly recommend arriving in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on the 14th, the day before embarkation.

Arriving the day before the cruise provides an important buffer in case of flight delays, cancellations, weather or other unexpected travel interruptions. It also allows you to begin your vacation rested and relaxed rather than worrying about making it to the ship on time.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own airfare, hotel accommodations and transportation unless otherwise noted.

If you need help with flights, hotels or transportation, please let Liz know. She can assist with coordinating the additional travel arrangements for your trip.

What's Included

Your cruise fare includes:

• Your accommodations aboard Oasis of the Seas
• Transportation between scheduled cruise ports
• Most onboard dining
• Select beverages, including water, coffee, tea and select non-bottled beverages
• Broadway-style and other onboard entertainment
• Pools and many onboard activities
• Fitness center access and select recreational activities
• Your incredible wedding celebration with Jessica & Dustin!

Your specific cruise fare and inclusions will be confirmed when your reservation is provided.

Not Included / Optional

Your cruise fare does not necessarily include all expenses you may have during your trip. Depending on your preferences, you may wish to budget for:

• Gratuities — Can be added to your reservation through Liz
• Travel protection/insurance — Available through Liz
• Airfare 
• Pre- or post-cruise hotel accommodations
• Airport, hotel and cruise-port transportation
• Beverage packages
• Specialty dining
• Shore excursions
• Wi-Fi packages
• Spa services and select onboard activities
• Casino and other onboard entertainment expenses
• Shopping and souvenirs
• Other optional onboard purchases

A note about Royal Caribbean add-ons

Travel insurance and gratuities may be selected through Liz during the booking process.

Other Royal Caribbean purchases—such as beverage packages, Wi-Fi, specialty dining and many excursions—become available for purchase after your cruise reservation has been booked and deposited. Liz can help answer questions about these options and point you in the right direction once your reservation is confirmed.

Choosing Your Accommodations

There are several stateroom categories available aboard Oasis of the Seas, and Liz can help you find the option that best fits your travel party and budget.

Want to make your wedding cruise extra special?

Suites are also available for guests who would prefer a little more space and additional amenities.

If you’re considering a Suite, be sure to indicate that preference on your registration form. Suite availability and pricing can vary, so Liz will review the available options with you and provide the applicable pricing before you make your final decision.

Whether you choose a standard stateroom or a Suite, the most important thing is that you're there to celebrate with Jessica & Dustin!

Special Requests & Accessibility

We want everyone to be comfortable and able to fully enjoy this special celebration.

When completing the registration form, please use the “Special Requests” box to let Liz know about any needs or accommodations that may be important for your trip.

This may include:

• Accessibility or mobility needs
• Dietary restrictions or food allergies
• Medical equipment
• Special sleeping or room requirements
• Other accommodations or travel considerations

Please provide as much information as possible so Liz can help coordinate the appropriate arrangements.

Some accommodations may require advance arrangements with Royal Caribbean, so early notification is strongly encouraged.

How Booking Works

1. Review Your Options

Review the available group-rate stateroom accommodations and pricing below. If you would prefer a suite or other cabin option than what is listed below, please indicate this to Liz on your client registration form and she will help you get your cabin of choice, while still being within the wedding group!

2. Complete the Registration Form

Tell Liz who is traveling, your stateroom accommodation preferences and any special requests.

3. Keep an Eye on Your Email

Liz will secure your preferred accommodation with a hold, and will email all details and the next steps to secure your reservation. This will include reviewing the reservation details and submitting the deposit.

4. Get Ready to Celebrate!

Once your reservation is confirmed and deposited, you'll be able to take advantage of additional Royal Caribbean options and begin planning all the fun you'll enjoy aboard Oasis of the Seas.

Please note: Payment information is not required when completing the Client Registration Form. Once your cabin has been confirmed with Royal Caribbean, Liz will send you a detailed reservation confirmation for review. After you have reviewed and approved the reservation details, you will receive a secure payment link to submit your deposit. This allows you to verify all reservation information before any payment is processed.

If you are unsure which options are best for you, Liz will be happy to discuss the available choices and pricing before your reservation is finalized.

Traveling Solo? Looking for a Cabin Mate?

Cruise pricing is based on double occupancy, and guests sailing alone are  charged a single occupancy supplement. We encourage you to bring a +1 if possible to share your cabin with!

If you are interested in sharing a stateroom with another guest attending the wedding, and would like assistance matching you to a roommate, please indicate this in the Notes section of your Client Registration Form.

While roommate matching cannot be guaranteed, we would be happy to help connect interested guests who may be looking for a cabin mate. If a suitable match is found, sharing a cabin can significantly reduce the cost of your cruise vacation.
