The pricing you see on the rooms is the total cost for two people. There are single rates available as well, so let me know if you are interested in those for each room and I can send those separately. The pricing is based on 4 nights, but if you need fewer nights, just let me know and I can send accurate pricing.
Once I receive your request, I will send an email with the booking details for your review and confirmation. To finalize the reservation, each suite will need to submit a valid credit card via a secure link that will be provided. A $1 authorization hold will be placed per reservation, and the full payment will be processed 30 days prior to check-in.
One thing to note on the $1 authorization: It usually flags a lot of banks/cards because it is coming from Mexico and it's only for $1, which is what a lot of scammers use, so when I send the link, you may want to check in with your bank or to be ready to approve the charge if your card sends a fraud alert.
Payment
$1 deposit is required. All the reservations booked under the promo code will be charged in full thirty (30) days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking process. No partial payments are allowed.
Cancellation
For cancellations of direct bookings (with promo code) received 24 hours or more before arrival, no cancellation fee is due. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure. The free cancellation does not apply to non-refundable rates. When booking through third-party websites (tour operators, travel websites, etc.) some cancellation penalties may apply.
