How to Reserve Your Cabin
To request a cabin within the wedding group:
- Complete the Client Registration Form using the "Register for Group" link in the top right corner of this site.
- Travel Agent Liz will place your desired cabin on hold with your names and information provided.
- You will receive the booking details to review and approve via email.
- Submit your deposit to secure your reservation.
- Receive your booking confirmation and cruise details.
When completing the Client Registration Form, please include the following information in the Notes section:
✅ Preferred cabin category (Interior, Ocean View, or Balcony)
✅ Whether you would like to add MSC's Cruise Protection Plan
✅ Whether you would like to add a Beverage Package
✅ Whether you would like to add a Wi-Fi Package
These items are not included in the wedding group pricing but can be added to your reservation during the booking process.
If you are unsure which options are best for you, Liz will be happy to discuss the available choices and pricing before your reservation is finalized.

Traveling Solo? Looking for a Cabin Mate?
Cruise pricing is based on double occupancy, and guests sailing alone are charged a single occupancy supplement, which is 200% of the cruise fare. We encourage you to bring a +1 if possible to share your cabin with!
If you are interested in sharing a stateroom with another guest attending the wedding, and would like assistance matching you to a roommate, please indicate this in the Notes section of your Client Registration Form.
While roommate matching cannot be guaranteed, Nick and Courtney would be happy to help connect interested guests who may be looking for a cabin mate.
If a suitable match is found, sharing a cabin can significantly reduce the cost of your cruise vacation.
