Agent Review - 10/12/2025My boyfriend and I went to Cancun in June, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was taken care of thanks to Channing with Vincent Vacations. She booked our hotel, flights, and transportation. We didn’t have to stress or figure out a single detail.

Spring Break in Paris - 10/12/2025I am not the kind of person who enjoys planning a family trip, especially to a new country that is all new to me. It overwhelms me. Enter Marla - she was a HUGE help! I simply told her the accommodations we were looking for, what was important to us, budget and she narrowed down hotel options perfectly as well as flight options that made the most sense for us! She Organized trusted and professional transportation to/from the airport, and booked some important-to-us resos, including lunch at the Eiffel Tower. Overall, she made this trip for our family run so smoothly! Highly recommend.

AMAZING UNIWORLD RIVER CRUISE! - 10/12/2025We adored our “Brilliant Bordeaux” UniWorld cruise. First time to take a river cruise and we want to thank Marla for guiding us to by far the best cruise line. We were able to see the other ships in person as we cruised and the Bon Voyage was by far the best.

"Our family of 4 just returned from a trip to London and Dubrovnik. Ashley Tweedy assisted with booking hotel rooms, airport transfers and tours as we had already booked our flights. Ashley was very prompt and interactive in answering questions we had about accommodations with specifics regarding accessibility. We had two separate parties going and she was also able to handle payments from multiple sources.
One of the things that I liked best was an app that she provided with our flight schedule, hotel rooms, tours and any type of confirmation number. It was so handy for all to refer to on a daily basis to see what we were doing next! We were also able to share this information with family and friends back home!
Ashley also gave us her cell number to call at any time if there were any issues.

Jamaica Getaway - 10/8/20255-stars! Anne helped me find a place for a long weekend getaway with my husband. She listened to the details I was looking for and suggested The Hideaway at Royalton. We really enjoyed the stay. It was exactly what I was looking for when I set out on planning the trip, but I’ve never been to an all inclusive or Jamaica so I wouldn’t have found it without her. The property was beautiful and the view from our room was spectacular. We really enjoyed the buffet dining room. The steak there was every bit as good as the steak we had at the steakhouse.

St. Maarten Magic - 10/3/2025Looking for travel agents via social media this day and age is and was very daunting. Afraid of scams or not receiving the best quality of assistance when looking for my dream vacation. However, Debbie is something more than I could have ever thought to ask for. From the beginning she was detailed oriented in providing room options/packages, responded to all my questions in a timely manner, arranged transportation, and managed all extracurricular activities on the island! Despite our hiccup with our flight being delayed to return home, Debbie remained in contact throughout and assisted us with receiving a partial refund of paid expenses during the disruption. UK Trip of a Lifetime - 10/1/2025We recently went to the UK and Anne King at Vincent Vacations was invaluable in arranging our trip. Outstanding Planning, First-Class Experience ✈️ - 9/28/2025Outstanding planning and direction. Called on a whim, two days later I’m sipping a cool drink beach/poolside in another country. 1st class service brought me first class experience. The destination treated me like a king.No issues. The nice thing is, as a senior, Bre set my WhatsApp with her so I felt like , although 1900 miles away, I had a safety unmbrella over. Bre made sure I was covered for any medical emergency to have an critical path back home if needed. Bre , through general conversation my meal preference picked out for my flights! Melia Wellness Punta Cana - 9/21/2025“We LOVED the resort. We were disappointed by the food ( some loved it, some didnt) but room service was fantastic! Definitely worth upgrading to The Level. You had two concierges and they were on top of everything and responded fast. The only thing we would say was negative was the pool ( it was fantastic) but it was deep. If you aren't over 5'6 you won't touch the bottom. But we brought floaties so we didn't mind too much. The free 30 mins massages were amazing! The ladies used their husbands 30 mins so we ended up getting a hour massage. They resort itself is HUGE! They have shuttles to take you to the front where some restaurants were located. It was a relaxing resort so they only had music at the pool in the afternoons. We had a fantastic time and loved every minute being there. We didn't get into the ocean due to seaweed ( they were doing their best to clean it up ) but we are pool people over swimming in the beach.. I definitely recommend this resort!!”

Destination Wedding Bliss - 8/6/2025I reached out to Heather in January asking her to help me plan my destination wedding. She had planned several of my last vacations and had done a fantastic job! I was so relieved to hear that she also planned destination weddings! She provided amazing options based on my specific requests.
