Just got back from a Mediterranean cruise with one night stay in Barcelona before cruise and two night stay in Rome after cruise. This is the first time I have ever been to Europe. Chastity Debro made the process of planning this trip so easy and stress free. She goes above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered and you have all the documents you need. I am already planning my next adventure with her.

We had never cruised before and Carrie booked an incredible cruise for us on Viking. She was so helpful in determining what was the best time of year for us to go and suggested adding on pre and post extensions in Prague and Amsterdam to make the most out of our trip. These turned out to be some of our favorite destinations on the trip. She knew when to book tickets for the Anne Frank house or they would have been sold out. We had difficulty checking in ahead of the flight so we contacted Carrie and she contacted both the airlines and Viking and straightened it all out for us. It was nice to have someone to do that for us. She’s great!

We have been really happy with Alisa as our travel agent. She helped make this trip so seamless as we had everything we needed from the cruise to all the transportation. We started planning for this trip and really didn’t know where to turn to get it turn keyed and Alisa was perfect for her recommendations and things to take and clothes we needed. She made both Becky and I feel at ease as we knew we could call you if we had any problems. This was our first big trip and we needed that support. We will not hesitate to call you for future travels. We are not sure at this point of our next destination but you will be hearing from us when we figure out where.

We had a great time, and enjoyed seeing all the port locations, as well as the giant ship. The kids loved all the swimming and activities on the ship. We'd like to specially thank you for the information on the shore excursions. We were pleasantly surprised by how well they were done, and were not expecting two of them to be private tours of the islands. We assumed we'd be on a big tour bus! Cozumel was exceptionally nice, and we could have spent days just snorkeling!

Alisa was fantastic to work with for planning such a big trip! She spent countless hours finding us the perfect cruise after we came to her a bit late in the game (by Alaska planning standards). She answered every question we had and even stayed up late on a Friday night looking for alt flight options due to our flight into Vancouver being delayed. Luckily, we were able to stick with our original flight but it was so nice to know we were in good hands with a planner who truly wanted to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. Three of us decided to take a cruise to Alaska. We visited some travel agencies, got information, and did a little research on our own. We began to ask others to join us on our cruise to Alaska. Someone suggested we ask Alisa Clark to arrange our trip.
Well, our little group grew and grew until we had 19 friends cruising to Alaska, we met with Alisa on numerous occasions. She would ask for our questions ahead of our meetings so that she could research answers for us.
She was very thorough, helpful, and fun. She got so excited about what she had found that she even ended up going on the cruise with us.
Alisa was very patient with all our questions by phone, text, email and at our meetings.

Johnnie Herring is our travel agent. She has helped us travel the world from Iceland, Norway, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, the Caribbean and even as close to home as Disney World. We trust her with all of our travel details. She does more than book our travel, she is always available to answer any planning questions we may have. And she is available to assist us stateside if anything comes up while we are traveling.
Our most recent trip was a 17 day intense journey to Portugal and Spain. This trip consisted of several land pieces as well as an Azamara cruise portion. Johnnie made sure that all details were covered from daily itineraries, hotels, ground transfers and even restaurant recommendations. She made sure these details were all accessible to us in an app and saved as an offline resource. She checked on us numerous times during our trip and made sure we were sent reminders along the way. She also made additional reservations for us while we were traveling and decided to add another excursion.
Johnnie is the best and I wouldn't travel without her advice and help!

It was a very involved booking with multiple ages, a military family, last minute reservation changes and travel from different locations. It required many communications with her over dates, times, shore excursion bookings and travel options as well as many questions from us to her about various things.
