Being invited to the sneak preview of the MSC Seascape in Galveston on November 7 was an unforgettable experience. The moment I arrived at the brand new Terminal 16, it was clear that Galveston is stepping into an exciting new era of cruising. The terminal is modern, efficient, and welcoming, and it perfectly sets the stage for a ship as impressive as the Seascape.

The star of the ship is Robotron, a robotic thrill ride suspended high above the ocean. Robotron flips, spins, and swoops while giving riders unmatched panoramic views. Guests can choose their music and lighting so every ride feels personal and exhilarating.

The culinary options onboard are outstanding. Here is a quick look at the dining lineup:
Kaito Sushi Bar: Fresh, artistic sushi prepared with precision.
Butcher’s Cut: A classic American style steakhouse with exceptional cuts.
Kaito Teppanyaki: A lively and interactive Japanese grill experience.

HOLA Tacos and Cantina: Flavorful Mexican inspired dishes with a fun atmosphere.
Ocean Cay Seafood Restaurant: Elevated seafood made with finesse.
Sailing from Galveston comes with perks such as regional Texas and Gulf Coast favorites, including prime rib, Cajun-seasoned dishes, and a variety of Southern cocktails.
MSC Seascape truly shines for families. It features more than 7,500 square feet of dedicated kids spaces designed around space exploration themes.
The ship includes:
It is a dream environment for children and teens, full of activities, creativity, and supervised fun.

The ship features:
These outdoor areas create a peaceful and scenic retreat for relaxation, sunbathing, and ocean views.

The Yacht Club is elegant, serene, and designed for travelers who want a luxurious and personalized cruise experience while still enjoying the energy of a large ship.

The MSC Seascape is a ship that delivers excitement, luxury, and innovation. Being invited to the November 7 preview made the experience even more special and gave me a true appreciation for everything MSC is bringing to Galveston.
From Robotron to the Yacht Club to the incredible family offerings, the Seascape is a fantastic addition to Texas cruising and a perfect choice for families, couples, and luxury seekers.
